DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Ordering Process & Delivery in the USA :
Once you place an order at www.key-leaf.com, we will immediately send you a confirmation number and summary of your order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders processed after 1:00pm EST, will ship out the next two business day by priority USPS or Fedex ground unless specified otherwise. If the item is Made to order as some of our leggings are - then delivery takes approximately 10- 14 day,; we will notify you & send tracking when items is ready to ship.
We do not require signature upon delivery, therefore Key Leaf llc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. So please make sure when you receive tracking to follow up the delivery; if not received notify us immediately.
Shipment order notification:
You will receive an email confirmation with a link to view your order tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping ( USA ) :
We currently offer free shipping in the USA with:USPS 2 - 3 day Priority Mail service
Sales Tax :
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the state of Florida .Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order.Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
Since we do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Various states,like Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Dakota and Vermont require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.

Using a Promotional Code:
Once in a while Key Leaf and / or MAGARI offers special promotions and discounts that can be applied to your order. To use these promotions, you must enter the code at checkout and click “Apply”. The discount will be then applied to your order at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : At the moment we do not offer International shipping. / International Delivery ** not currently available
Package Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number when your shipment is sent in the USA.
Please make sure we receive your correct address. Please NOTE: NO PO Box deliveries will be send out.
All orders do require a signed delivery and will be delivered during business hours.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
You are liable to pay all import duties, taxes and customs for your country, which are due at or after delivery is made.
These charges will vary depending on the country, and we cannot advise or calculate these for you.
Please contact you local customs office to check for fees of product entry.
These fees are not applied to your current order, you will only pay Key Leaf for the actual product and international shipping.
